Hi, I’m Mary Elizabeth (Me)

Inventor of Take-A-Towel™

Born and raised in Metro Detroit
I am the middle of six kids. I learned to sew at my mother and
grandmother’s elbows. They insisted I learned.

I’ve repaired clothing, made all kinds of costumes, baby quilts, throw pillows, etc.

In addition to sewing and other assorted crafts, I’ve raised 4 children, my horse Jack and spent 20 years working for my father’s dental supply company.

After leaving the dental industry to pursue my college education, six years later I graduated with an MFA in Writing.
